Community Center Rental
Do you ever find that many times you would like to have a party or host an event but you just don’t have the space? Well now you do!
The Sully Station Community Center facility is available for rental by residents who are current in their assessment payments. The Community Center facility features a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, tables (12 – 6ft rectangles, 3 – 4ft rectangles, 3 – 5ft round), chairs (50) and a bar (2 stools) are also available for use. Current capacity maximum for the Sully II Community Center is 49 people.
Rental Fee: $65.00 per hour – 2 hours minimum
There is a 30 min setup time before the event following the pre-inspection of the Community Center. All clean up should be accounted for in the reservation time.
Rental Deposit (refunded 7-14 days after the event): $1000
The rental fee includes the use of the tables, chairs, two 65″ smart LCD TVs, Wireless internet and the use of the kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave oven, toaster oven and 2 chaffing dishes (you must provide sterno). In addition, our inspector will meet with you the day of the rental.
Reserving the Community Center Facility
To reserve the community center, please contact the on-site Managers for availability. Only Sully II residents who are current in their assessment payments are eligible to reserve and use the facility.
