Sully Station II Board of Trustees

“The Board” is the decision-making authority, which acts as the executive leader of the Association. The Board is authorized to make decisions except for those areas where the legal documents specifically reserve this prerogative for the Association membership. The Board of Trustees consists of seven elected homeowners. The Annual Meeting is held each year for the Board election. The Board meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 7 p.m unless otherwise noted.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association (“the buck stops with the Board”). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.

The Board of Trustees is also responsible each year for overseeing the annual Pool Party.
